Since in the early Pokémon days, even when local VGC tournaments were filled with preteens who'd point out I'm the second girl they've ever battled, all I wanted was to be a part of communities that share my love for video game worlds. Later, I joined communities focusing on the creative side of games when I founded Irvine Valley College's Game Development Club. Since then, I've worked at Girls Make Games and help run the Student Game Developers' Association and ACM Studio. And of course at all times, I am working on a game!
